Longscreek Homeowners
By now everyone has recieved your notice for the Annual Bitching Session on why do we have a Howeowners Association.
It is time for the Longscreek Homeowners Association to shit or get off the pot!
It has been almost 2 years since the revolution to throw out the duly elected board by forcing them to resign and replacing them with another group of caring and concerned annonited do nothings!
Board members who don't how up for board meetings for months at a time, Big Mouth instigatiors who screamed for change who resign because they can't get their way and then resign in the middle of the night without notice to the association members and not replacing the 2 open seat that have been vacant for 8 months now!
For the $265,000 a year that we pay for the Longscreek Homeowners Association what do we have to show for since the renegades took power?
They can't take credit for repairing all the monuments, improving the park with new picnic tables and grills, building the fence along Alwick lane for finish off the perimeter fencing the HOA, getting rid of the drugs and groups of unknown teenages and adults to don't live in Longscreek from using our park!
The previously elected board, Lynn, Cheryl, Rick and Tom Moreno did all that!
At this point the LCHOA needs to go away!
Let dissolve the Longscreek Homeowners Assoication Corporation!
